This stunning renovation showcases the homeowner’s impeccable design choices, bringing a harmonious blend of warmth and modernity to the space. Inside, warm wood accents and a wood-clad vaulted ceiling provide a cozy ambiance, while sleek, Euro-style cabinets and quartz countertops with waterfall edges lend a contemporary touch to the kitchen. A custom wood slat headboard with accent lighting graces the master bedroom, complemented by floating vanities in the bathrooms, each illuminated from below for an elegant effect. The modern floating staircase, crafted with white oak treads, seamlessly matches the flooring. Transitional Home - Colleyville

For this transitional home we removed walls to create an open concept in the living room and kitchen. New custom cabinets in the kitchen feature an alder island and vent hood complementing blue upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and backsplash, and champagne gold fixtures. We refaced the living room fireplace in stacked stone and built custom cabinets on either side. In the study, we added a built in desk. Fresh paint, updated lighting, and a revamped staircase rounded out this project. New floors were installed by another contractor and we love the herringbone pattern in the entry! |
Modern Home - Colleyville

This beautiful modern home combines cool gray and white tones with the warmth of walnut cabinets and natural oak flooring. For this project, we redesigned the layout of the main area, opening the kitchen up to the living room. The homeowners like to entertain so we included a bar area with a large island for seating as well as a large island in the kitchen and a custom built table for the dining room. The master bathroom was reconfigured with a large walk-in shower/bath tub area, heated floors, and a smart shower system. This remodel is designed for aging in place with wider door frames, no curb on the master shower, and an easily accessible master closet. |

Contemporary Keller Home

For this project, we updated the kitchen by painting the existing cabinets, installing new quartz countertops, and replacing the backsplash, sink, and sink fixture. We are loving the pop of color in the backsplash tile! In the master bathroom we did a complete facelift, replacing everything except the vanities which we painted. The wood look tile in the bathroom ties together the warm beige and cool gray color scheme. Decorative glass tiles with a hint of blue adorn the shower and tub backsplash. The quartzite countertops and freestanding tub are elegant focal points. We used the same quartzite countertop in the spare bathroom and paired it with a gray/beige floor and shower tile. Glass mosaic tiles in the shower draw the eye and add a touch of aqua green. In the main areas, we painted the stone fireplace and installed a stained wood mantle and refinished the hardwood floors. |
Outdoor Living

This backyard oasis is the perfect place to host parties or relax on the weekend. The pool and surrounding concrete were already there. We added concrete and built the structure with a fireplace and a kitchen/bar area. The homeowner did all of the lovely landscaping and we added accent lighting to the flower beds and trees. |
